Today
I am going to write about something that I would like to learn and that perhaps
due to lack of time I have not been able to do so, since I child I liked to see
action movies and as they fought the actors, learn martial arts or karate has
been a fascination for me, the art of combat is very wise and noble, when I was
11 years I got to practicing karate and personal defense, for a duration of 3
years and a half, but the school I consumed a lot and leave it by the studies
and never return to the sport, today I is more difficult to practice since I am
in the university and need qualities to practice, for example a good physical
condition and good elongation, but practice makes perfect. Martial arts are
good for the body and the mind, makes us better people, to have more empathy
and patience, and the action of Act in difficult times. I hope you find liked
